URRC and BRRC Scheme for Community Venue for Mediation
Background
The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is supportive of the Government's policy to promote the wider use of mediation to resolve disputes in Hong Kong and extend the use of its mediation rooms at the Urban Renewal Resource Centre (“URRC”) and Rehabilitation Resource Centre (“BRRC”) for the URRC and BRRC Scheme for Community Venue for Mediation introduced by the Working Group on Mediation chaired by the Secretary for Justice and administered by the JMHO.
Eligibility
There are 7 medium / small meeting rooms for mediation in relation to URA purposes and objectives including urban renewal, building maintenance and management, property valuation, building and construction; as well as land and property matters in Urban Renewal Authority’s redevelopment areas and rehabilitation service areas. The users should follow the “Terms and Conditions” and “Terms of Reference” for the use of URRC premises.

There are 4 medium / small meeting rooms for mediation in relation to URA purposes and objectives including urban renewal, building maintenance and management, property valuation, building and construction; as well as land and property matters in Urban Renewal Authority’s redevelopment areas and rehabilitation service areas. The users should follow the “Terms and Conditions” and “Terms of Reference” for the use of BRRC premises.
